The fee for this 3 day workshop is $650.00.

Upon any cancelation you will be informed of an opening.
Cancellation
Cancellation prior to March 14th, 2015 registration fees will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
If after this date you determine you are unable to attend, you may substitute your registration with
another person. Sorry, no refunds after the cutoff date. Please call or email details of the person being
substituted so we may keep them updated.
